Please fill out the form below. You can select as many programs as you'd like to receive from us. For each program you wish to receive, fill in the boxes with your first, second, and third choice of dates you'd like to receive the program on. Please be sure to also include the arrival time and departure time frames that you'd like to receive the program in. 

An email will be sent by Education Manager Ashley Sayers once she receives your form to finalize your program sign-up. Filling out this form does not guarantee the dates and programs you requested. Your request is not finalized until Ashley sends you a confirmation email.

    Field Trip Programs
    Begins September 17th, 2024

    Field trips can start no earlier than 9:00 a.m. and require a minimum of 20 students. ​Due to limited allowable occupation capacity at the museum, we can only accommodate up to 2 classes per field trip (a maximum of 54 students in attendance). If you have three classes or more, field trips need to be spread over multiple days.

    Outreach Programs (In-Classroom)
    ​Begins November 1st, 2024

    In-classroom programs can start no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and each program lasts 30 minutes. If you are signing up five or more classes for a program(s), classes will need to double up. For in-classroom programs, arrival time and departure time is for when you would like the museum educator to arrive/depart from the school.

    Virtual Programs
    Begins September 17th, 2024

    For the virtual lessons Google Drive links will be sent out one week prior to the requested program date(s). The links are for the lesson video, as well as question and answer sheets about information from the lessons.
