VOLUNTEER

​​Volunteers are vital in supporting the Museum's work. They assist with everything from giving tours to helping with special events.

Research Library Assistant:
Assist researchers in their quest for general historical or family information. Experience or strong interest in genealogical research is important. Understanding and commitment to museum policies and rules is required.

Museum Tour Guide:
Seeking volunteer tour guides with experience or strong interest and willingness to learn local Arkansas history. Good speaking skills, an outgoing personality with ability to provide visitors with an educational and enjoyable experience is a plus. An understanding and commitment to museum policies and rules in required.

Established in 1975, the Friends of the Rogers Historical Museum is a non-profit museum 501(c)(3) membership organization that aids and supports the Rogers Historical Museum and staff to preserve the memories, objects, and history of Rogers, Arkansas and the surrounding region.

MISSION: The mission of the Friends of the Rogers Historical Museum, a membership non-profit organization, is to support the Rogers Historical Museum as it endeavors to preserve the history of Rogers and its citizens.
