Visit the From Portraits to Polaroids exhibit, learn how photography changed from its invention through the mid-20th century, especially here in Northwest Arkansas. Then, learn how to make your own pinhole camera.

Water
June 27, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Learn about local bodies of water and how mills used them for their water wheels. Then, make your very own water wheel.

Papel Picado Banners
July 11, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Northwest Arkansas is home to a large Hispanic community and we want to honor that! Join Museum Educators and the Hispanic Women’s Organization of Arkansas as we learn about the Mexican art of Papel Picado Banners. Then, make your own Papel Picado banner!

Toys
July 25, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Visit the Toys exhibit, learn about homemade toys that children have played with over the years. Then make your own spinning top toy to take home. ​
