Permanent Collection
The permanent collection contains over 50,000 objects which are used for in-house exhibits, research and loans. It primarily consists of objects from 1819, when the Arkansas Territory was formed, to the present, that tell the story of Rogers and the surrounding area. A limited number of objects outside of Benton County are included in the collection, since they represent the outside influences that shape the historical heritage of Benton County. The permanent collection's major categories are: images, archival materials, textiles, furniture and household items and art.
